A family-run estate passed down over more than 3 generations.
The 12 hectares estate now managed by Guy and Olivier, is located in the very heart of the Chablis area.
Our grape vines are located on the districts of Beines, La Chapelle Vaupelteigne, Lignorelles and Villy.
They are carefully managed and yields are controlled in order to produce great wines.
As soon as the harvest is done, the grapes are managed with the greatest respect thanks to pneumatic pressing, settling (removal of the thickest particles). Then fermentation is done in enameled steel tanks.
Wine bottling is exclusively done on the estate with respect to hygiene requirements that wine trading call for. Then, the bottles are stored in an air-conditioned wine shed (called chai).
